Kevin Gameiro happy with Barcelona speculation

Kevin Gameiro welcomes speculation linking him with a move to Barcelona, but insists that he is happy at Sevilla.

Sevilla striker Kevin Gameiro has admitted that he likes the rumours linking him with a move to Barcelona, but insisted that he is happy where he is.

Speculation has mounted that the Catalans are watching the 28-year-old Frenchman - who has netted 21 times in all competitions this season - but Gameiro is content with the Rojiblancos.

"It's good for me. But I have two years left on my contract and I'm happy at Sevilla," he told Mundo Deportivo.

"At the moment I'm only thinking about Sevilla, where I'm very comfortable. I only think about the team, about working.

"I hope we have chances in the Europa League, La Liga and the final of the Copa del Rey at the end of the season."

Gameiro, who left Paris Saint-Germain in 2013, is contracted to the Liga club until 2018.
