Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar is reportedly keen for Barcelona playmaker Philippe Coutinho to join him at Parc des Princes.

Neymar has reportedly called on Paris Saint-Germain to launch an approach for Barcelona playmaker Philippe Coutinho.

The forward continues to be linked with a move away from Parc des Princes, but it appears that the Brazilian may be tempted to remain at the club by the arrival of another Brazilian compatriot.

According to Paris United, Neymar has suggested to the PSG hierarchy that they should make a bid for Coutinho during the coming months.

The midfielder has endured a mixed 16-month spell at Camp Nou, and Barcelona are allegedly prepared to sell the 26-year-old for considerably less than they paid Liverpool in January 2018.

Coutinho is allegedly against a return to the Premier League, but he may entertain the chance to join several of his countrymen at the Ligue 1 champions.
