Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly set to make a new contract offer to Lionel Messi.
The 35-year-old signed a two-year deal with PSG in the summer of 2021 after leaving Barcelona due to the club's financial situation.
In 53 appearances for PSG, he has scored 23 goals and registered 29 assists, but with his contract set to expire at the end of the season, his future in the French capital is uncertain.
Messi is attracting interest from his former club Barcelona, while there has also been speculation linking him with a move to the MLS.
However, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, PSG are preparing to offer Messi a new contract in the next few weeks.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi recently claimed that he was confident the forward would remain in Paris, with Messi expected to make a decision next year.
The seven-time Ballon d'Or winner is currently focused on the 2022 World Cup, where he has registered five goals and three assists, helping Argentina reach the final.
Messi will have the chance to win his first World Cup when he captains his country in Sunday's final against France.
