Birmingham vs. Burnley (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

League leaders Burnley travel to Birmingham City on Wednesday night looking to extend their unbeaten run to a dozen games.
Birmingham are in a good vein of form themselves after consecutive wins, but an assignment against Vincent Kompany's men may prove to be their biggest test so far this season.
We say: Birmingham City 1-1 Burnley
Burnley are in sensational form as they travel to St Andrew's but Birmingham will not be broken down as easily as Swansea were on Saturday afternoon.
Eustace's team have fared well against the higher-ranked sides in the Championship and a clash with the Clarets under the floodlights will be a challenge Blues relish.

Blackpool vs. Hull City (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

Blackpool play host to Hull City on Wednesday evening looking to extend their unbeaten record in the Championship to four matches.
However, despite losing seven of their last eight matches, Hull sit just two points adrift of their 19th-placed hosts in the standings.
We say: Blackpool 2-1 Hull City
Although these two clubs appear to be heading in different directions, we still expect a competitive fixture in the North-West. However, we can only back the hosts to collect all three points, continuing to build a gap between themselves and the bottom three.

Coventry vs. Sheff Utd (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

Sheffield United will be looking to climb back to the top of the Championship when they travel to the West Midlands to face basement club Coventry City on Wednesday night.
The hosts have lost only one of their last six matches, while the visitors are seeking to avoid a fifth successive game without a win.
We say: Coventry City 1-1 Sheffield United
Coventry appear to be turning a corner and have shown signs of improvement in recent weeks, which bodes well heading into Wednesday's clash against an out-of-sorts Sheffield United outfit.
A closely-fought contest is set to take place in the West Midlands and we can see the hosts earning a hard-fought point against the Blades.

QPR vs. Cardiff (Wednesday, 7.45pm)
© Reuters
Queens Park Rangers play host to Cardiff City on Wednesday evening looking to record a win which may be enough to move them into the automatic promotion places in the Championship standings.
Like their hosts, Cardiff saw an undefeated streak come to an end on Saturday, leaving the Bluebirds in 18th position as they continue to contemplate their long-term direction in the dugout.
We say: Queens Park Rangers 2-1 Cardiff City
Given the uncertainty at both clubs in one way or another, any result feels possible. Nevertheless, we can only back QPR to continue their form in front of their own supporters, potentially edging this contest by the odd goal in three.

Wigan vs. Middlesbrough (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

Wigan Athletic host Middlesbrough at the DW Stadium in the Championship on Wednesday night.
The home side start the night in 15th place, while the visitors are currently in the relegation zone.
We say: Wigan Athletic 1-0 Middlesbrough
Wigan have struggled at home so far this season, but a win against Blackburn in their last match at the DW Stadium should give them confidence going into this one.
As such, we think that they will manage to get a narrow victory, particularly given the fact that Middlesbrough are without a permanent manager.

Millwall vs. Watford (Wednesday, 8.00pm)
© Reuters
In a clash between two teams vying for the Championship playoff places, Millwall host Watford at The Den on Wednesday night.
The home side head into the midweek round of fixtures in 11th place, while the visitors are just one place higher, occupying 10th.
We say: Millwall 2-2 Watford
There is not a great deal separating the two sides, so we expect this one to finish as a draw.
Millwall have been impressive at home so far during this campaign, but Watford recorded a good win against Norwich last time out, and they will be coming into the game full of confidence.
