Cardiff City are reportedly considering Molde boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as a potential replacement for Malky Mackay.
Mackay was "relieved of his duties" on Friday after the club decided to act following his disagreement with owner Vincent Tan and the Welsh outfit's 3-0 loss to Southampton on Boxing Day.
According to Sky Sports News, Solskjaer is near the top of Cardiff's shortlist as they look to announce their new manager in the near future.
The former Manchester United striker, who has also been linked with the vacant position at West Bromwich Albion, has guided Molde to two Norwegian titles since joining the club in 2010.
