Rafael Benitez expects Chelsea to finish in the top three

Rafael Benitez is confident that Chelsea will finish in the top three of the Premier League table.

Chelsea interim manager Rafael Benitez has revealed that he and his players are "convinced" that the Blues will finish in the top three of the Premier League by the end of the season.

The West London outfit lost the third spot in the table to Tottenham Hotspur following their 3-2 win over West Ham United on Monday evening.

"Our target is to finish in the top four, top three," London 24 quotes Benitez as saying. "We will see. We have played with quality and the lads are training hard, so it is not a problem. I like to talk with them every day, and they are all convinced we would finish in the top three."

The Blues are two points behind third-placed Spurs two ahead of fifth-placed Arsenal.
