Chelsea full-back Reece James has affirmed that he has no problems with being rotated in and out of the team under Thomas Tuchel.
The former Paris Saint-Germain manager has tinkered with his XI on a weekly basis since taking charge, but it is paying dividends as he is yet to lose in 10 matches since taking over from Frank Lampard.
James has often been a victim of Tuchel's rotation - starting four and appearing as a substitute in four of Chelsea's eight Premier League games under the German - but the 21-year-old has insisted that he is enjoying playing under the tutelage of "very funny" Tuchel.
Speaking to reporters, the England international said: "We were all on it against Liverpool and that showed. The game last season was tough and we lost 5-3 but this season shows you how far we've progressed.
"He (Tuchel) is very funny and very passionate. He wants to win and that shows when he is on the sidelines, kicking and heading every ball.
"When you're in a top team, you can't always play. You have to keep working hard. He's the manager, I have to respect his decisions."
Chelsea currently occupy the fourth and final Champions League spot in the table before they welcome Everton to Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
