Chelsea announce that Marko Marin has agreed a season-long loan with Sevilla.

Chelsea have announced that Marko Marin has agreed a season-long loan with Sevilla.

The German international had recently expressed concern over his future, stating before Jose Mourinho's return that the new manager would decide his fate at Stamford Bridge.

It appears that the ex-Real Madrid boss has decided against using the player this season following a statement from Chelsea, which read: "Chelsea Football Club and Sevilla Futbol Club have reached an agreement for the season-long loan of Marko Marin, subject to the completion of legal documentation and a medical."

Marin had to wait until September to make his debut for the Blues after suffering a hamstring injury following his arrival from Werder Bremen in the summer.
