Mario Gomez, who has netted three goals for Germany during Euro 2012, is expected to be replaced by Miroslav Klose for tonight's quarter-final clash against Greece.

Germany manager Joachim Low has reportedly decided to tinker with his team for tonight's Euro 2012 quarter-final clash with Greece, which will see Mario Gomez dropped to the bench.

The Germans, who have been widely tipped to win the tournmanent, are believed to be lining up with two wingers and a new striker in order to deal with Greece's defensive mindset.

Marco Reus and Andre Schurrle are expected to be installed on the wings in place of Lukas Podolski and Thomas Muller, while Germany legend Miroslav Klose will replace Gomez up front, according to Sky Sports News.

The decision may come as a shock to the Bayern Munich frontman, who has scored three goals during the Germans' campaign.
