Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Diogo Jota suffered an ankle injury during Wednesday night's 2-0 win over Inter Milan at San Siro.
The six-time European champions took control of their Champions League last-16 tie against the Italian giants courtesy of late goals from Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah.
Firmino had earlier replaced Jota at half time, and Klopp confirmed after the match that the Portuguese forward had suffered a twisted ankle.
"I am happy with everything apart from Diogo [Jota] going off," Klopp told reporters.
"Twisted ankle, it was swollen. So that's not a good sign but we have to see.
"We will check it as early as possible tomorrow [Thursday] but we need further assessment."
Liverpool face Norwich City and Leeds United in their next two Premier League games, before taking on Chelsea in the EFL Cup final on February 27.
