Liverpool are preparing to offer Luis Suarez a new contract, according to a report.
The striker, who scored four in the 5-1 win against Norwich City, was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal in the summer, and Brendan Rodgers is now keen to hand Suarez a pay rise in order to keep him at Anfield, says The Mirror.
The Reds are reportedly ready to break their wage structure, which will make Suarez one of the highest-paid players in the Premier League.
A source is quoted as saying by the newspaper that the club are ready to offer an "amazing deal".
Rodgers claimed earlier on Friday that he was sure the club would begin discussions with Suarez soon.
