Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers remains positive that striker Luis Suarez will sign a new contract at the club.
The Uruguayan forward has been linked with a move away from Anfield, with Paris Saint-Germain rumoured to be interested in bringing the centre-forward to France.
While Suarez has until 2016 left on his current deal with the Merseyside outfit, Rodgers is keen for the player to commit to the club while he is in charge.
"We hope so. He has really bought into what we are trying to do," said Rodgers.
"He was really excited about how we played at Swansea last year."
Suarez signed for the club in January 2011.
