David Silva: "Matches like this are special"

Manchester City midfielder David Silva admits that he cannot wait for his side's clash with Liverpool in a match that could decide the Premier League title race.

Manchester City midfielder David Silva has admitted that he is relishing his side's crucial Premier League clash with Liverpool on Sunday.

The teams face off at Anfield in a huge game in the title race with City needing to win to close the gap on the Reds at the top of the table.

"We look forward to the big games and matches like this are special," Silva told the club's official website. "We know how well Liverpool have been playing, but our form has been very good, too.

"It's one of seven important games we still have to play and I believe we need to play like we all ways play and that means we will go to Anfield to attack and look to score goals."

City trail Liverpool by four points but have two games in hand on Brendan Rodgers's side.
