Paris Saint-Germain talisman Neymar is reportedly likely to miss both legs of his side's Champions League tie with Manchester United through a foot injury.

Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar is reportedly expected to miss both legs of his side's Champions League last-16 tie with Manchester United.

The world's most expensive player suffered a foot injury during a recent Coupe de France match against Strasbourg, having also struggled with a similar problem last season.

Neymar may need surgery on his metatarsal, which could rule him out for the rest of the campaign.

Even if the Brazilian international opts against an operation, he still looks almost certain to miss the two legs against Manchester United on February 12 at Old Trafford and March 6 at the Parc des Princes.

Neymar also missed the tail end of last season with a foot injury which threatened his participation at the 2018 World Cup.

The 26-year-old has scored 20 goals in just 23 appearances for PSG so far this season.
