Chido Obi-Martin is set to sign his first professional contract with Manchester United today, according to a report.
The Red Devils went all out to secure the youngster's services after his impressive performance last season, where he scored 32 goals in just 20 Under-18 Premier League games.
The teenage sensation has continued to impress at Manchester United's Under-18s, scoring four goals since his move from Arsenal in the summer, including a standout hat-trick on debut.
His professional contract, however, was part of the original transfer arrangement and not a reaction to his early success at the club.

Obi-Martin set to sign first professional contract
Obi-Martin turns 17 today, and according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, there is extra reason for him to celebrate as he is now eligible to sign his first professional contract.
When Man United secured the signing of highly-rated teenager in the summer, he could only sign a scholarship due to his age.
However, he now qualifies for a professional contract, which will also come with a significant pay increase that he could not receive under his previous schoolboy status.
United's academy heads, Nick Cox and Luke Fedorenko, played key roles in securing the transfer of the youngster, who chose to leave Arsenal despite an offer to stay.
It is understood that United are carefully managing Obi-Martin's transition, with the 17-year-old yet to complete a full 90 minutes for the club at any level.

Amorim's willingness to develop youth
Man United's new boss Ruben Amorim has already demonstrated his willingness to give young players opportunities to prove themselves in the senior team.
The Portuguese tactician included 16-year-old defender Godwill Kukonki in the squad for the Red Devils' league match against Ipswich Town last Sunday.
Additionally, 16-year-old Amir Ibragimov has reportedly caught the attention of Man United's first-team coaches following his impressive performance against Altrincham.
During his tenure at Sporting Lisbon, Amorim handed first-team debuts to 27 players from the club's academy, demonstrating his commitment to promoting young talent.
