Galatasaray have reportedly made contact with Donny van de Beek, as the midfielder prepares to end his association with Manchester United at the start of 2024.
Van de Beek recently admitted that he needs to depart Old Trafford for the sake of his career, while Man United head coach Erik ten Hag has said that the midfielder is set to leave in the winter market.
The 26-year-old has only played twice for the Red Devils this season, with his only Premier League action coming as a late substitute against Crystal Palace at the end of September.
Van de Beek has recently been involved in Premier League squads for Man United, including against Newcastle United on Saturday, but he is only present due to the club's injury problems in midfield.
The Netherlands international is not expected to play for the 20-time English champions again, with both the club and the player keen to part ways at the start of next year.

According to Sportx, Galatasaray have made contact with Van de Beek to register their interest in signing him during the January transfer window.
The report claims that the Turkish giants are lining up an offer, with the Dutchman said to be keen to make the move to the Istanbul outfit in the hope of reigniting his career.
Man United are believed to value the midfielder in the region of £15m, as he has another 18 months left to run on his contract at Old Trafford, with the option of a further year.
Van de Beek made the move to Man United from Ajax in September 2020, and he has represented the Red Devils on 62 occasions, scoring twice and registering two assists in the process.

Juventus are also believed to be keeping a close eye on the midfielder's situation at Old Trafford with a view to potentially making a loan offer in January.
Jadon Sancho is also set to leave next month, with Juventus the favourites to sign him, and departures for both players could allow Man United to add to their squad for the second half of the campaign.
A new centre-forward is believed to be wanted by Ten Hag, with Rasmus Hojlund yet to find the back of the net in the Premier League since his arrival from Atalanta BC.
Anthony Martial netted his first league goal of the campaign last weekend against Everton, but he struggled to impress from the first whistle against Newcastle United on Saturday.
Ten Hag was involved in a heated exchange with Martial during the 1-0 loss at St James' Park, but the Dutchman said after the match that his anger was directed towards the whole team.
