Liverpool and Manchester United could reportedly go head-to-head for the signature of Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi during this summer's transfer window.
The centre-back arrived at Palace from Chelsea in 2021, and he has represented the Eagles on 108 occasions during a successful career at Selhurst Park.
Guehi has made 26 appearances during the 2023-24 campaign, but he has missed his side's last two matches against Chelsea and Everton due to injury.
The 23-year-old is close to entering the final two years of his contract with Palace, and there has been ongoing speculation surrounding his future due to the strength of his form.
According to The Telegraph, new Palace head coach Oliver Glasner is facing a battle to keep his best players this summer, with Guehi one of those who could be on the move.

The report claims that Liverpool are keen on the Englishman, but the Merseyside giants could face competition from rivals Man United.
Dan Ashworth, who could soon become Man United's new sporting director, is believed to have been interested in signing Guehi for Newcastle United.
As a result, if Ashworth moves to Old Trafford, the 20-time English champions may be firmly in the race for Guehi, with the Red Devils expected to sign at least one centre-back this summer.
Chelsea are believed to have a sell-on clause on Guehi, in addition to a matching option, should the Blues want to bring him back to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Guehi is not believed to be willing to sign a new deal at Palace, so the Eagles are likely to cash-in this summer, when his value is set to be at his highest.
Man United have also been heavily linked with Guehi's teammate Michael Olise, with the Red Devils potentially making a double raid on the Eagles this summer.
Guehi has been capped on nine occasions by England, with his last appearance coming against North Macedonia in November 2023, playing the full 90 minutes of a 1-1 draw.
The defender, who represented Swansea City on loan during his time at Chelsea, has also made 95 Premier League appearances during his time at Palace.
