Manchester United reportedly intend to make an approach for Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish later in 2020.
Given the financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic, it has previously been suggested that United will only move for Grealish if they are able to part ways with Paul Pogba.
However, according to The Express, United are prepared to move for Grealish, regardless of the outcome of transfer talks with Pogba.
Grealish, who has contributed seven goals and six assists in the Premier League this season, could be used on either flank, rather than in a central area like he has been for Villa.
Meanwhile, Pogba has the potential to become a regular starter in midfield, providing that he can shake off the injury issues which have restricted him to just eight appearances this campaign.
Much could depend on whether United earn Champions League football and if they opt to try to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
