AC Milan are reportedly ready to battle Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur for the signature of Stuttgart forward Serhou Guirassy during the January transfer window.
The 27-year-old has been in impressive form for his German club during the 2023-24 campaign, scoring 19 goals and registering two assists in 16 appearances in all competitions.
Guirassy has scored 17 times and registered one assist in 14 Bundesliga outings this term, while he has netted twice and managed one assist in two outings in the German Cup.
Man United and Tottenham are both said to be keen on the Guinea international, who is believed to have a €17.5m (£15.1m) release clause in his contract at Stuttgart.
However, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, there is also huge interest from Milan, with the Italian giants determined to win the race for his signature.

The report claims that the forward is ready to leave Stuttgart in January, and a decision on his future could be made before the Africa Cup of Nations, where he is set to represent Guinea.
Guirassy, who has scored three times in 12 international outings, will be bidding to help his side progress from a section which includes Cameroon, Gambia and Senegal.
The striker spent the 2022-23 campaign on loan at Stuttgart from Rennes before completing a permanent move to the German side over the summer.
In total, he has represented the Reds on 44 occasions, scoring 33 goals and registering four assists in the process.

Olivier Giroud has been Milan's main source of goals this season, scoring nine times in 20 appearances, while Christian Pulisic has come up with six goals in his first campaign with the club.
However, Rafael Leao has only found the back of the net on four occasions in his 19 appearances.
Tottenham are also keen to bring in a new forward in January, while the position is seen as a priority for Man United, with Anthony Martial believed to be available for transfer next month.
Martial is out of contract next summer, and it is understood that sensible offers for the Frenchman would be listened to during the winter market.
Rasmus Hojlund is currently Man United's starting centre-forward, and the Denmark international is the team's joint-leading goalscorer in all competitions this season with six alongside Scott McTominay.
