Laurent Blanc: 'Paris Saint-Germain playing like champions'

Laurent Blanc says that Paris Saint-Germain's form is that of champions as they close in on a third successive Ligue 1 crown after hammering Guingamp.

Laurent Blanc has claimed that his Paris Saint-Germain side are playing like champions after demolishing Guingamp 6-0 on Friday night.

Edinson Cavani's hat-trick, coupled with a brace from Zlatan Ibrahimovic, brought PSG to the brink of a third successive Ligue 1 title.

Second-placed Lyon, who sit six points adrift, must beat Caen on Saturday to realistically retain any hopes of bridging the gap, with only two more rounds of fixtures remaining after the weekend.

"I have no regrets this season, this season we had those returning from a tough World Cup and some delayed international recoveries," he told beIN Sport.

"The season has been complicated. Despite this, we have not lost many points. Since January, we have set a pace of champions and we should not be afraid to say it.

"Let's confirm this in the two remaining matches."

Les Parisiens, who have also won the Coupe de la Ligue title, face Auxerre in the final of the Coupe de France on May 30 as a domestic treble beckons.
