Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst has confirmed that striker Kemar Roofe and midfielder Aaron Ramsey are both injury doubts ahead of the second leg of their Europa League semi-final against RB Leipzig on Thursday.
Both players have missed the last three games across all competitions, including the first leg last week, due to respective knee and hamstring injuries.
Van Bronckhorst told reporters last week that he was hopeful both Roofe and Ramsey would be fit to return to first-team action in time for the second leg at Ibrox.
Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, the Dutchman has now revealed that both players will need to be assessed before kickoff, stating: "We still have one final training session, At the moment I can't say if Roofe or Ramsey will make the squad tomorrow."
With Alfredo Morelos also sidelined through injury, either Joe Aribo or Fashion Sakala could be handed a start down the middle, the latter of whom scored the equaliser in the 1-1 draw with Old Firm rivals Celtic last weekend.
Rangers will be looking to overturn a one-goal deficit when they welcome Leipzig to Glasgow on Thursday and they will bid to reach their first European final since 2008.
