Real Madrid forward Luka Jovic is reportedly an injury doubt for the start of the new La Liga campaign.
Jovic, who joined Los Blancos from Eintracht Frankfurt earlier this summer, had to be replaced in the 30th minute of Madrid's pre-season clash with Atletico Madrid on Friday after colliding with Jan Oblak.
The Spanish giants are yet to reveal the extent of the 21-year-old's injury, but according to Football Espana, the attacker is a doubt to be fit for the team's La Liga opener against Celta Vigo on August 17.
Jovic has featured three times for his new club this summer, but his first start against Arsenal ended in the 16th minute after an early red card for Nacho meant that Zinedine Zidane had to make a defensive change.
Next up for the Spanish giants in pre-season is a clash against Tottenham Hotspur in the semi-finals of the Audi Cup on Tuesday, before either a third-placed playoff or final against either Bayern Munich or Fenerbahce a day later.
