David Beckham expects Kaka to be a success if he replaces him at Los Angeles Galaxy.

Departing Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder David Beckham has endorsed the club's attempts to sign Brazilian international Kaka.

Galaxy's owner Tim Leiweke recently conceded that he has made it known to Kaka's representative that the 30-year-old would be more than welcome at the Home Depot Center.

Having played alongside Kaka during a loan stint with AC Milan, Beckham believes that he would improve any team.

"I think most clubs would like Kaka to come into their team," Beckham told reporters. "I know Ricardo from playing over the years against him for England. Obviously, I spent a lot of time with him when I was at AC Milan.

"He's a great talent. He's a great person and he's a hard worker. He's one of the most professional players that I've ever come up against and played with.

"So of course if there was any slight chance of bringing him to the Galaxy then I'm sure the owners would do anything possible."

Kaka currently plays for Spanish champions Real Madrid but has been tipped to leave the Bernabeu over the coming months.
