Real Madrid are reportedly weighing up a summer move for Schalke 04 starlet Julian Draxler.
The 19-year-old is one of European football's hottest properties and has previously been linked with Arsenal and Manchester United.
However, talkSPORT reports that Los Blancos have now entered the race for the German international, who is believed to be valued at around £15m.
Die Knappen are thought to be preparing a fresh contract for Draxler, whose deal at the Veltins-Arena runs until 2016.
The attacker came through the youth ranks with Schalke before making his debut against Hamburger SV in 2011.
