Lazio have reportedly set their sights on re-signing West Ham United winger Felipe Anderson, who spent last season on loan at Porto.
Anderson arrived in East London from Lazio in 2018 for a sizeable £36m but, after scoring nine goals and providing four assists in 36 league appearances during his debut campaign, he struggled to make a lasting impact for the Hammers.
The 28-year-old made his loan switch to Portugal at the beginning of last season, however he only played 10 times for Porto and failed to find the back of the net while providing only a single assist.
According to the Daily Mail, the Brazilian attacker could return to Lazio for £9m with his contract at West Ham due to expire next summer.
Boss Maurizio Sarri is believed to have given the go-ahead to pursue a transfer for Anderson, who scored 34 goals and provided 38 assists in 177 appearances for Lazio during his five-year spell with the club between 2013 and 2018.
In total, Anderson has managed 12 goals and 13 assists in 73 appearances for West Ham.
