Romain Grosjean is disappointed with his third place in Hungary and feels that Michael Schumacher cost him points.

Lotus-Renault driver Romain Grosjean has said that he could have placed higher at the Hungarian Grand Prix if he didn't lose so much time trying to lap Michael Schumacher.

Grosjean finished third behind Lewis Hamilton and teammate Kimi Raikkonen, but Grosjean said that it could have gone so much better.

"It's a good result for the team, but to be honest I'm a bit disappointed," Crash.net quotes Grosjean as saying.

"We had a good battle for the lead with Lewis all through the first two stints, but then I got stuck behind Schumacher who didn't respect the blue flags at all which cost me a lot of time.

"Because of this I lost a place to Kimi, and at the same time a possible chance to fight for the win."

Lotus moved into third in the constructors' championship with their points tally in Hungary.
