Lotus team owner Gerard Lopez has criticised driver Kimi Raikkonen for his comments on why he left to join Ferrari.
The 2007 world champion suggested that the reason he decided to join the Italian team was because he had not been paid so far this season, but Lopez hints that this is not the whole story.
He told Welt: "He will get his money, as in previous years and as agreed, at the end of the season. I am very confused about the timing and content of these statements by Kimi."
Raikkonen was unable to reach the final stage of qualifying for the Singapore Grand Prix and will Sunday's race in 13th despite complaining of back pain.
