McLaren's Lewis Hamilton has recorded the fastest time in the first practice run of the track at the Bahrain Grand Prix.
The British driver, who is currently at the top of the Championship driver rankings, sailed around the track in 1:33.572, while Red Bull favourite Sebastian Vettel racked up the second quickest time and Paul Di Resta the third.
Chinese Grand Prix winner Nico Rosberg claimed the fourth fastest spot, while his Mercedes teammate Michael Schumacher dropped into seventh.
Jenson Button, who is second in the driver rankings, set the fifth quickest pace in Bahrain with Lotus Renault driver Romain Grosjean claiming the 10th spot.
