Rory McIlroy will benefit if Tiger Woods returns at next month's Masters, according to Paul McGinley.
Woods decided to take a break from the game following his poor start to the season, but he hopes to return in time to play at Augusta in the first Major of the year.
McGinley believes that if Woods returns then McIlroy will receive less media attention, and he can quietly focus on winning his fifth Major.
He told BBC Sport: "At the US PGA last year, Rory was favourite but all the expectation focused on Tiger. Rory didn't sneak in the back door, but he was able to go about his business."
The Masters starts on April 9.
