Fifteen-year-old Scottish gymnast Lauren Brash has applauded the home crowd at the SSE Hydro for their rapturous support during the Commonwealth Games rhythmic gymnastics team final.
Brash, alongside Victoria Clow and Rebecca Bee, was cheered on throughout the afternoon and evening in Glasgow and went on to finish seventh.
Speaking of the Hydro crowd, Brash told Sports Mole: "It really helped me actually. I had to focus more at some points because it was so loud, but it really helped me with my routine.
"It's definitely [one of the highlights of my life]. I'll never forget it."
Brash's individual scores were good enough for her to qualify for tomorrow's individual all-around final.
