Tracey Neville has guided England to a 65-42 victory over Trinidad and Tobago in her first match in charge of the national team.
Earlier this year, Neville was appointed interim coach ahead of this year's World Cup before she officially started her new role at the end of April.
Neville attempted to make her mark by handing a debut to Natalie Haythornwaite and a recall to Sonia Mkoloma, but it was Pamela Cookey, who was winning her 99th cap, who played an influential role in a comfortable victory.
The second fixture of a three-match series will take place on Friday.
