Arsenal announce ticket prices will not be hiked next season

Arsenal confirm that the club will hold ticket prices for next season.

Arsenal have announced that ticket prices will remain the same next season.

The Premier League outfit carry one of the most expensive matchday rates in the top flight, with the priciest ticket set at £97.

Today, the club confirmed that ticket prices will be held for the sixth season since their move from Highbury to the Emirates.

Chief executive Ivan Gazidis told the club's official website: "We have fantastic support with all our home games selling out week after week, year after year.

"The Arsenal board, as always, works to strike a balance between the expense of coming to games for our supporters and the club's ever-increasing costs and expenditure as it develops on and off the pitch."

The North London outfit have also confirmed that discounted tickets will continue to be available for young supporters during Capital One Cup ties.
