Arsenal playmaker Santi Cazorla has continued his summer break by holding a training session with youngsters at his first club Real Oviedo.
Cazorla learned his trade with Oviedo as a teenager, before a financial crisis forced a sale to Villarreal six months shy of his 18th birthday.
The Spanish international used Twitter to share news of his return to Oviedo this afternoon.
He tweeted: "Today visit to #RealOviedo today. Visit and training with the young stars!"
The 28-year-old helped save the club from the brink of financial oblivion last season, buying shares along with fellow academy graduates Michu and Juan Mata.
Cazorla is currently on an extended summer break following his participation in the Confederations Cup, but is due back for pre-season training with the Gunners next week.
