Arsenal's majority shareholder Stan Kroenke has reportedly taken £3m out of the club.
The money removed from the club's accounts was paid to KSE LLC for strategic and advisory services in relation to the North London outfit's broadband division.
According to The Guardian, the figure is the same amount that the club pocketed from a three per cent rise on season-ticket prices for the season, which has sparked anger among Arsenal fans.
Kroenke, who is also involved in American franchises including the NBA's Denver Nuggets and NFL's St Louis Rams, has not taken any dividends directly from Arsenal since taking over the Premier League club in 2007.
