Benfica manager Jorge Jesus was close to landing himself in trouble when police mistook the coach for a supporter during his side's title celebrations.

The players and staff were part of jubilant scenes after they secured the Portuguese title with a 2-0 victory over Olhanense on Sunday evening.

Jesus, who covered himself in Benfica flags and caps, decided to celebrate with the fans in the street when a police officer grabbed him before realising that he was the title-winning manager.
