Eight Genoa fans are reportedly jailed for six to eight months for invading their side's match against Siena last season.

Eight Genoa supporters have reportedly been jailed following last season's pitch invasion against Siena.

The group of fans stormed the pitch last April insisting that some of the players didn't deserve to wear the club's colours.

Judge Roberto Fuccigna has ruled that the men should be jailed for a term of six to eight months for their actions, according to Football Italia.

The match in question was abandoned for 40 minutes following the pitch invasion.
