Former Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamann will tweet live during a replay of the Reds' famous Champions League final victory over AC Milan on ESPN.

Former Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamann will relive the Merseyside club's famous 2005 Champions League glory on Twitter with ESPN tonight.

The 39-year-old, whose Twitter handle is @DietmarHamann, will tweet live during the full replay of the clash against AC Milan on ESPN Classic from 9pm.

Hamann played a huge part in Liverpool's victory in Istanbul after he was brought on by then-manager Rafael Benitez from the bench in the second half to help the Reds come from a 3-0 deficit to eventually win the trophy on penalties.

The former Germany international will also answer questions from viewers using the hashtag #HamannRelivesMilan on the social network website.
