Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino has been cleared to play in the Reds' crunch clash with Chelsea tonight after his court hearing was pushed back by 24 hours.
The 25-year-old was due to report to Liverpool Magistrates' Court today after being charged with drink-driving on Christmas Eve, but applied for the hearing to be postponed so that he could feature in the match at Anfield.
Firmino was reportedly arrested in the early hours of Christmas Eve after he was found to be driving over the legal alcohol limit.
The Brazil international, who has eight Premier League goals for Jurgen Klopp's side so far this season, will now attend court on Wednesday afternoon.
Liverpool go into tonight's encounter 10 points behind league leaders Chelsea.
