Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard refused to sign a Los Angeles Galaxy shirt for a fan during his Anfield farewell on Saturday.
The 34-year-old midfielder will join the MLS side in July on an 18-month deal after calling an end to his 17-year Liverpool career next weekend.
On Saturday, after Gerrard's final game at Anfield, which ended in a 3-1 defeat to Crystal Palace, the midfielder walked around the pitch to bid farewell to the supporters.
While approaching a section of fans to sign memorabilia, one supporter asked Gerrard to put his autograph on an LA Galaxy shirt, but the ex-England captain replied: "I'm not signing LA Galaxy tops until I'm there."
