Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton has appeared on BBC show Top Gear for the second time in a bid to beat his previous attempt on the track.
The Mercedes driver, who will take part in his first competitive race for the team at the Australian Grand Prix next month, previously appeared on the programme in 2007, when he clocked 1.44.7s in one lap.
The 28-year-old will try to better his previous time, which he secured on a wet track, on this Sunday's show on BBC2.
Fellow F1 driver Sebastian Vettel clocked a time of 1.44.0s when he took to the Top Gear track.
