Boxing legend Muhammad Ali appears to be in good health after he posted an Instagram picture showing his support for American Red Nose Day.
The 73-year-old, who is widely regarded as the best sportsman of all time, sported a red nose, which has become the charity's traditional trademark.
There were concerns about Ali's health earlier this year when he had hospital treatment, but the American former boxer has since recovered.
Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1984.
