David Beckham has revealed that his eldest son Brooklyn is at an age where he feels embarrassed being seen with his parents.
The retired footballer has claimed that his son will celebrate his 16th birthday with friends and then have a separate meal with his family.
Beckham, who played for Manchester United and Real Madrid in his career, has also revealed that Brooklyn gets embarrassed by his father on the school run.
"I think he wants to go for a dinner with his friends and he'll have a separate dinner with his family," Beckham told ITV's Good Morning Britain.
"He's at the age now when he doesn't want me to drop him outside the school and things like that, which I definitely do anyway!"
Beckham is also father to Romeo, 12, Cruz, nine, and three-year-old daughter Harper.
