Usain Bolt: 'I ignored sex ban imposed by coach'

Usain Bolt reveals in his autobiography that he ignored a sex ban imposed on him by his coach.

Olympic champion sprinter Usain Bolt has revealed that he ignored a sex ban imposed by his coach because he needs to "live fast".

The 27-year-old has written in Faster than Lightning: My autobiography, which is being serialised by The Times, that he failed to listen to his coach's advice because he needed to let off steam in between training.

Bolt wrote: "One time he even told me to avoid sex. If I had followed coach's advice, though, I would have driven myself insane. I knew that every now and then I had to live fast."

Bolt has six Olympic gold medals to his name.
