Former X Factor winner Alexandra Burke will perform at the Premiership Rugby Hall of Fame Ball on February 7.
The 24-year-old has agreed to launch the charity event in support Comic Relief's Red Nose Day campaign at The Hurlingham Club in London.
"I'm delighted to support the fundraising efforts of Red Nose Day 2013 and I'm looking forward to singing at The Hurlingham Club," Burke said.
Meanwhile, commercial director of Premiership rugby Dominic Hayes added: "What a coup for the Premiership Rugby Hall of Fame Ball to have a world star like Alexandra Burke singing.
"This will be an unforgettable night and all money raised contributes to Premiership Rugby's ongoing commitment to Comic Relief."
Burke's latest album Overcome sold 1.5m copies worldwide.
