Comedian Simon Brodkin interrupted Sepp Blatter's press conference in Zurich this afternoon by throwing fake money at the FIFA president.
The 79-year-old is due to address the media for the first time since announcing in June that he intends to step down from his position amid corruption allegations.
Before Blatter began speaking, Brodkin, whose stage name is Lee Nelson, calmly walked to the front of the room and showered the outgoing president with fake dollar bills.
Brodkin was eventually led away by security and Blatter, who said the stunt 'was not about football', left the room, delaying the press conference.
