A British radio station has offered Sepp Blatter a work placement with the company after the FIFA president expressed an interest in radio journalism.
The 79-year-old recently announced his intention to stand down from his role with football's governing body, but will remain in place until an election to find his successor is held on February 26.
Director of broadcasting at Radio Yorkshire, Sam Brydges, said during an interview at the station: "We would like to offer Sepp Blatter a work placement opportunity here at Radio Yorkshire next summer, when his commitments at FIFA have ceased, to get a good snapshot of the industry.
"If he is serious about wanting to be a radio journalist, then there is not a more serious place to learn than here at Radio Yorkshire."
Blatter was formerly a member of the International Association of Sports Journalists.
