Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo mocked his young son for his choice of footwear during a special presentation hosted by the Spanish club on Friday.
Ronaldo was being honoured for reaching a 501-goal landmark, as well as equalling club legend Raul's 323-goal record.
The Portuguese star reached the feat by scoring twice in Madrid's 2-0 win over Malmo in the Champions League on Wednesday.
At one point during the presentation, which was attended by the rest of the team, Ronaldo welcomed his mother and five-year-old son Cristiano Jr on stage.
When the youngster, dressed in a brown suit jacket, white shirt and jeans, arrived on the platform Ronaldo took one look at his shoes and said, "next time, you can't come like this", before bursting into laughter, according to The Mirror.
Ronaldo has scored 10 goals in all competitions so far this season.
