Hollywood actor Samuel L Jackson has denied reports that he had an awkward moment with David Beckham's wife Victoria at Wimbledon.
The retired footballer and his other half took their seats in the royal box on Sunday to watch Novak Djokovic secure a five-set victory over Roger Federer in the men's final.
The Spice Girl-turned fashion designer was seated next to Jackson for the match on Centre Court, and a clip of the pair has been doing the rounds on social media, appearing to show Victoria looking away from the actor during a break in play.
Jackson responded to the rumours by writing on Twitter that he had a "lovely" time with Victoria and dispelled any suggestions of awkwardness.
