Leicester Tigers flanker Tom Croft has admitted his 'shock' at being recalled to the England squad having spent eight months on the sidelines with a broken neck.
The 27-year-old, whose Six Nations participation remains in doubt, only returned for his club against Worcester Warriors at the start of January, but he has been named in Stuart Lancaster's squad.
Despite revealing his delight at the news, Croft has insisted that 'he will not be rushing back' as he focuses on returning to form with Leicester.
