Richie McCaw will become the first All Black to rack up 100 caps after being named in the starting lineup to face France.
The flanker seems to have recovered from the calf problem that caused him to miss New Zealand’s 83-7 win over Japan last weekend.
"History has shown the challenge in our Tests with France. They are a very difficult side to beat, big and physical with quality backs," said New Zealand coach Graham Henry
"We will have to match the physicality of the French, execute our key roles and deal with anything unexpected which the French may throw at us.
"The French are a very good side and they often play their very best rugby against the All Blacks.”
